Monday – Friday 10:00am – 6pm
Saturday 9:00am – 3:00pm
When you make an appointment, that time is specifically set aside for you. In you are unable to make it; we request that you give us 24 hours notice. We appreciate that many people have busy schedules and sometimes an issue may crop up at the last minute forcing you to miss your appointment. However, our policy is to charge an additional fee for a second missed appointment without a 24 hour notice.
We are committed to helping you take full advantage of your orthodontic insurance benefits. However, due to the widely varying nature of insurance policies, we can only make an estimate of your coverage but cannot make guarantees about your coverage. If your coverage comes with a deductible or contribution, you must make this payment during the time of your appointment. We bill insurers for their portion of the fee and allow a credit period of 45 days for the insurer to make payment. If your insurer fails to make payment after 60 days, you will be responsible for the entire fee, in full. For any questions or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
